Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions while mentoring junior developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Manage integrations using APIs and middleware to maintain data consistency across systems.
• Optimize Salesforce configurations to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute directly to development in Apex, LWC, and integration layers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Batch/Asynchronous processing.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Agent Force.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and tools.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience building SOAP and REST-enabled applications.
• Solid programming abilities in Java, Oracle PL/SQL, or JavaScript.
• Experience working with source control and CI/CD processes.

Preferred Skills

• PD2 certification.
• Familiarity with OMS Cloud.
