Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce TechLead with extensive experience in software development and a strong focus on Salesforce integration. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration techniques, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.
• Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, recommending enhancements to existing systems.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce related issues.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in Salesforce integration, including APIs, middleware, and data migration.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience with Salesforce development tools and methodologies.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and make architectural decisions.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of other programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Node.js).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects on time and within scope
