Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on security, performance, and maintainability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements, ensuring high standards for security and performance.
• Lead end-to-end integration projects involving system integration, data synchronization, and API development.
• Develop custom user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura framework, and Visualforce pages.
• Execute data migration strategies including cleansing, transformation, and validation to maintain data integrity.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers through code reviews, problem-solving, and enforcing best practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with a focus on integration, Lightning, and data migration.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations using SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs.
• Proficiency with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
• Deep knowledge of Lightning development, including LWC, Aura framework, and Lightning Design System.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and ETL processes.
• Experience using data migration tools like Data Loader or Apex Data Loader.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, version control, release management, and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
