Lead technical delivery and mentor a team of Salesforce developers.

You will own the architectural design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality code and scalable integrations across Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers to drive technical excellence.
• Design and build custom solutions using LWC, APEX, Omni Studio, and Omni Scripts.
• Implement Salesforce Flows, including Record Triggered, Screen, and Autolaunch types.
• Drive Service Cloud features such as Omni Channel, Entitlements, and Escalation Rules.
• Apply Financial Services Cloud expertise for Banking, Insurance, and Mortgage projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 4+ years of dedicated Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in LWC and APEX.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows.
• Experience implementing Service Cloud features.
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud.
• Domain knowledge in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Omni Studio and Omni Scripts.
