Description

Lead technical implementations across Salesforce Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex solutions using APEX, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
• Configure Salesforce environments including Workflows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Flows.
• Manage platform security and access via Permission Sets, Profiles, and SSO.
• Deploy code and configurations using Copado or similar CI/CD tools.
• Optimize Service Console, Omni-Channel, and Knowledge Management implementations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, FSC, and Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in APEX, Triggers, Lightning, LWC, and SOQL.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce Security Model and Data Model.
• Expertise in Salesforce configurations: Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
• Experience with Service Console, Live Agent, Omni-Channel, and Knowledge Management.
• Required Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, AppBuilder, and FSC.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience with Copado or similar CI/CD tools.
• Any Graduate degree.

• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
