You will lead the technical strategy, architecture, and solution delivery for Salesforce implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide hands-on leadership and mentor development teams.
• Ensure code quality, security, performance, and compliance standards.
• Manage integrations, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Hands-on expertise in LWC, Apex, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security.
• Prior experience in a governed Salesforce CoE or enterprise environment.
• 5+ years of professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect).
• Financial services or wealth management background.
