Description

You will lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions within a financial services context.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Oversee system integrations using APIs and web services.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and participate in agile development processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security models.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Experience working within the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in Salesforce integrations using APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of Omni Studio, Scheduler, Einstein Activity Capture, and Experience Sites.
• Experience with managed package solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Experience working in an agile environment.
