Description

Lead technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for financial services. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Oversee system integrations using APIs and web services.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain architecture documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security models.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Proficiency in Salesforce integrations using APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of Omni Studio, Scheduler, Einstein Activity Capture, and Experience Sites.
• Experience with managed package solutions.
• Experience working within the financial services industry.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an agile environment.
