Responsibilities

• Drive AI innovation by evaluating and implementing frameworks, tools, and models within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Perform hands-on development, code reviews, and ensure best practices for scalability and maintainability.
• Mentor and guide development teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions.
• Promote AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows while staying current with Salesforce AI offerings.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and APIs.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead with strong ownership of technical delivery.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
• Solid foundation and interest in AI/ML concepts, tools, or frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable and intelligent solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce AI offerings such as Einstein AI or Agentforce.
• Knowledge of evolving AI/ML trends.
