Description

Lead technical design and development for Salesforce applications while managing small developer teams.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and flexible Salesforce application architectures and provide technical solution designs.
• Manage small teams of developers through code reviews, design reviews, and capacity management.
• Develop integrations using REST or SOAP protocols.
• Execute data migration processes and manage deployment workflows using Salesforce tools.
• Advise stakeholders on design options and the technical trade-offs between different platform approaches.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on Salesforce.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, profiles, roles, workflows, approval processes, and process builders.
• Strong proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, and the Lightning platform development framework.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST integration patterns.
• Proven ability to manage developer capacity and conduct technical reviews.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce deployment processes and data migration tools.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience interacting with customers and end users.
