Description

Lead enterprise Salesforce implementations for Health Cloud and Service Cloud, owning end-to-end project delivery for claims inventory workflow optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Health Cloud and Service Cloud solutions for claims inventory and routing workflows.
• Integrate upstream systems using REST, Bulk, and FHIR APIs alongside event streams like Kafka.
• Lead global delivery teams through story grooming, solution design, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Govern HIPAA/PHI security, auditability, and role/permission modeling.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with architecture, product, and security teams to validate solutions.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of Salesforce experience with leading enterprise implementations.
• Health Cloud expertise with Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) and Agentforce Specialist Certifications.
• 5+ years of SFDC Developer/Admin experience including Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, and Visualforce.
• 8+ years of experience in Apex, Core Java, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Component (LWC) development.
• Proficiency with Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT, and AutoRABIT.
• Experience building AI agents using Agentforce.
• Strong background in Agile methodology, preferably SAFe.
• 5+ years in health insurance or healthcare (payer/provider, claims intake/routing).
