Description

You will lead technical implementation and architecture for Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable designs and documentation.
• Lead development teams, setting coding standards and reviewing pull requests.
• Implement Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable), LWC/Aura, Flows, and platform events.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP APIs, managing integrations and error handling.
• Own CI/CD pipelines using SFDX and Git, managing deployments and validation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Apex development (classes, triggers, batch, queueable).
• Proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience designing and building REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and SFDX.
• Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL optimization and data volume handling.
• Experience enforcing Field Level Security (FLS) and sharing rules.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Apex/Jest) and linting tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Aura components.
