Description

Lead technical design and development of Salesforce solutions, bridging business requirements with implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to design data structures and system flows.
• Create technical designs adhering to defined architecture and non-functional requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and business analysts to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and conduct code reviews to enforce architectural best practices.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and stakeholder demos.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce design and development.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning, and the Force.com platform.
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (OOPs) and Java.
• Proficiency in web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and HTTP.
• Hands-on experience building Salesforce APIs and web services using SOAP and REST.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party services.
• Experience with Salesforce developer tools: Apex Data Loader, Workbench, ANT, and Lightning Aura.
• Competency in version control tools like SVN or Sourcetree and IDEs such as Eclipse, IntelliJ, or Sublime.
• Ability to write functional test cases in Apex.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security, including profile management, field-level security, and permission sets.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and Platform Developer 2 certifications.
