Lead custom code development initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on advanced Lightning Web Components and Lightning Web Runtime.

You will own the release pipeline and architectural decisions for scalable Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead custom Salesforce development projects using Apex, LWC, and LWR to ensure scalable and maintainable code.
• Drive architectural decisions and application design following industry best practices.
• Uphold code review processes to maintain high development standards and efficiency.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to improve team skill sets.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Web Runtime (LWR).
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex and Visualforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce design and development standards.
• Experience with Salesforce governance protocols and NEER Platform requirements.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and mentor development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
