Description

You will lead the development team in designing and building custom and standard components on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Developers through mentorship, code reviews, and enforcement of best practices.
• Implement complex requirements through hands-on coding and technical execution.
• Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects to author Technical Design Documents and implement design patterns.
• Define and refine development workflows while triaging and prioritizing technical issues.
• Scope, size, and estimate work following technical design agreements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• 2+ years of experience acting as a Salesforce Tech Lead.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and technical solution implementation.
• Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent advanced software delivery experience.
• Must have current UK Right to Work without requirement for sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with React, Angular, or Java.
• Experience working with unlocked packages or implementing Experience Cloud at enterprise scale.
