Description

You will lead the technical direction of Salesforce engineering, owning the architecture, development, and release lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Design and manage integrations with external systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce CLI, Bitbucket Pipelines, and GitHub.
• Establish robust monitoring solutions to track deployment success, errors, and system performance.
• Drive process improvements by proposing enhancements to tools and workflows for greater efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Strong experience with Git workflows and version control systems (Bitbucket/GitHub).
• Expertise in Salesforce CLI and automation tools.
• Proven track record of building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing and implementing system integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
