Description

You will serve as the Technical Lead for the Salesforce Center of Excellence, overseeing development across multiple Salesforce platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, unit test, and troubleshoot Salesforce components independently while mentoring a development team.
• Guide the team in researching and documenting new Salesforce features or resolving platform issues.
• Collaborate with architects to build proof of concepts for new designs and integrations.
• Design, document, and develop reusable development patterns and best practices for the COE.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to enhancing DevOps processes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of enterprise-level development experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Strong full-stack Salesforce development skills (Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers).
• Proficiency with core Salesforce technologies including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Jenkins, Copado, and Gearset.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration concepts, API interactions, and Mulesoft.
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling and GIT branching/merging.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
