Description

You will lead the technical design, development, and integration of Salesforce solutions for Financial Services and Insurance clients.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and integration services.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, flows, approval processes, validation rules, page layouts, and security models.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Support testing cycles by resolving defects and validating end-to-end user journeys.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement within Agile delivery frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Strong proficiency in asynchronous processing models and Salesforce configuration including data models and automation.
• Experience with API integrations, authentication protocols, and common integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds relevant to Financial Services, specifically Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
• Understanding of insurance processes including policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, and agent operations.
• Experience with CI/CD practices, Git-based version control, secure coding standards, and deployment automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
