Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Configure and customize Salesforce solutions based on business and client requirements
• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions including Conga CPQ implementations
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Aura Components
• Ensure Salesforce best practices are followed for configuration, customization, and development
• Build and deploy AI Agents using Agentforce
• Develop, test, and document custom integrations and data migration activities
• Collaborate with project managers, scrum masters, developers, and clients across all project phases
• Provide effort estimations and communicate solution feasibility, risks, and benefits
• Implement and support DevOps practices using CI/CD, Git, Bitbucket, and Salesforce DX
• Stay updated with Salesforce product releases and technical capabilities
• Interact with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and define UI/integration solutions

Experience Required:

• 7 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and Experience Cloud
• Expertise in Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura Components
• Experience with Salesforce Conga CPQ and Salesforce integrations
• Good understanding of AWS cloud and CI/CD practices
• Exposure to Azure cloud is an added advantage
• Strong experience in Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
