Description

Lead technical architecture and hands-on development for complex Salesforce implementations, integrating platform capabilities with GenAI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable, schedulable) and manage governor limits.
• Implement integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, named credentials, platform events, and change data capture.
• Architect sharing models, visibility rules, and security configurations including OWD, role hierarchy, and Apex sharing.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to evaluate and integrate GenAI/LLM products, focusing on prompts, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Utilize Salesforce DX, Metadata API, and SFDX CLI for automated deployment and org management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in the Salesforce Platform.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Process Builder, and custom object relationships.
• Strong background in Python (FastAPI, LangChain) with the ability to review PRs and propose changes.
• Experience with integration technologies including REST/SOAP APIs and external services.
• Familiarity with Neo4j or graph databases is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), CPQ, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud.
• Background in CRM strategy or transformation consulting.
