Description

Lead technical development and administration within the Salesforce ecosystem.

You will own the release pipeline, troubleshoot complex platform issues, and build scalable solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot platform issues including sharing rules, visibility, bulk DML operations, Apex, and callouts.
• Develop and maintain Force.com Apex Classes, triggers, Batch Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Manage integrations using REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, and Platform Events.
• Execute CI/CD DevOps workflows using Visual Studio Code, Git, Bitbucket, and Jira.
• Coordinate with global teams to manage tasks and deliver on technical requests.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce (VF Pages).
• Proficiency with Force.com API, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with integration protocols including REST and SOAP.
• Strong command of Git, Bitbucket, and Visual Studio Code.
• Experience working within Jira for task management and ticketing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with backend JavaScript.
• Background in SOX or ITGC compliance.
