Description

You will lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions while mentoring a team of developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of Salesforce developers.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture diagrams.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and web services.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security models.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Experience managing Classic to Lightning migrations for large-scale clients.
• Proficiency with Salesforce integrations via APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of Omni Studio, Scheduler, Einstein Activity Capture, and Experience Sites.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within an agile development environment.
