Description

Lead technical delivery for Salesforce solutions, managing design, development, and cross-team coordination.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute quick Proofs of Concept (POCs) and build custom components hands-on.
• Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to align technical delivery with business needs.
• Manage onsite-offshore coordination and assist with technical design and overall project delivery.
• Report regular progress on projects and ensure timely resolution of technical blockers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Mandatory hands-on complex coding in APEX and LWC.
• Strong background in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML.
• Experience designing and developing software components for CRM solutions.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs and Triggers.
• Experience with Salesforce org merge, integration, and data quality/migration design.
• Familiarity with J2EE, HTML, XML, SQL, and Oracle.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
