Description

Lead technical design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities.
• Define and enforce governance, security, and data management policies.
• Manage integrations with enterprise systems via APIs and middleware.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and conduct code reviews.
• Resolve complex platform issues and manage technical risks.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of technical or functional experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX and data modeling.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of security and identity management.
• Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer with lead responsibilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Marketing Cloud implementation.
