Description

You will lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Customer 360 ecosystems.

10-12 years of IT experience with 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development required.

Responsibilities

• Drive API-first and headless architecture approaches for seamless integration between Salesforce and external digital channels.
• Develop and optimize solutions using Apex, LWC, Platform Events, Integration APIs, and modern Salesforce frameworks.
• Design reusable services, microservices, and integration patterns leveraging MuleSoft and enterprise middleware platforms.
• Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to future state technology roadmaps and platform modernization.
• Mentor developers, establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, and DevOps processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development with strong understanding of Salesforce Architecture, Customer 360, data models, and security.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Platform Events, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Patterns, and Event Driven Architecture.
• Experience designing Headless Salesforce solutions using APIs and external digital experience layers.
• Good understanding of Data Cloud, Customer Identity, and cross-cloud data orchestration.
• Experience with MuleSoft, middleware technologies, and API management platforms.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, Agile/SAFe delivery models, and enterprise scale deployments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Agentforce, Einstein AI, AI-driven automation, and Salesforce roadmap initiatives.
• Evaluation and adoption of emerging Salesforce capabilities including Hyperforce and composable enterprise architectures.
