Description

Own the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Platform Events, and modern development frameworks.
• Drive API-first and headless architecture approaches to integrate Salesforce with external digital channels.
• Develop reusable services and integration patterns leveraging MuleSoft and enterprise middleware platforms.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging capabilities including Agentforce, AI, Data Cloud, and Hyperforce.
• Mentor developers, establish engineering best practices, and manage code quality and DevOps processes.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of IT experience with 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Platform Events, REST/SOAP APIs, and Event Driven Architecture.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Architecture, Customer 360, data models, and security.
• Experience designing Headless Salesforce solutions using APIs and external layers.
• Proficiency with MuleSoft, middleware technologies, and API management platforms.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile/SAFe delivery models.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
