Description

You will lead Salesforce implementations through hands-on design, development, and integration work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and integration of Salesforce solutions while providing technical oversight.
• Own technical estimates and represent the development team during backlog grooming sessions.
• Supervise configuration, development, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of releases.
• Act as release manager to approve configuration and code deployments between environments.
• Identify technical risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role for Salesforce projects.
• At least 3 Salesforce certifications, including Administrator and Developer 1.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, development, quality assurance, testing, and deployment.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and direct a team of Salesforce professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide alternate technical solutions.
• Ability to demonstrate technical concepts visually and in writing.
• Experience facilitating team and client meetings and delivering constructive feedback.

Preferred Skills

• Additional Salesforce certifications in application and system paths.
• Trailhead Ranger level status and active participation in the Salesforce community.
