You will lead technical development and coordinate an offshore team of five within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate an offshore team of five, acting as the liaison between business and technology.
• Provide hands-on coding implementation using Apex and Java.
• Manage technical direction across Salesforce platforms including Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, FSC, and Integrations.
• Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Deep, hands-on coding experience in Apex.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience across Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, FSC, Integration).
• Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.
