Description

Lead Salesforce development teams and technical delivery for complex cloud implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a Salesforce development team, including coordinating an offshore group of 9 members.
• Drive solution design, development, and integration across Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and Financial Services Clouds.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to align requirements with technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance throughout project lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce development with Apex.
• Strong Java development background.
• Deep technical and functional understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Experience Cloud and Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven ability to manage offshore teams and stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and APIs.
