Description

Lead the technical direction for Salesforce platforms including Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and FSC. You bridge business requirements with technical implementation while coordinating an offshore team of nine.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical and functional architecture across Salesforce clouds and integrations.
• Develop hands-on solutions using Apex and Java, ensuring high-quality code standards.
• Coordinate with a distributed offshore team of nine, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology.
• Analyze complex business problems and translate them into scalable platform solutions.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across all technical and functional teams.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in software development and Salesforce architecture.
• Strong hands-on coding proficiency in Apex and Java.
• Deep technical and functional knowledge of Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and FSC clouds.
• Experience designing and implementing complex integrations.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate offshore development teams.
• Highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in-office 3-4 days per week in San Diego, CA.
