Lead Salesforce development and architecture for financial services implementations, owning technical design, customization, and integration of complex systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead standard Salesforce development, customization, and application building alongside business analysts and developers.
• Guide developers on system design and architectural decisions for scalable financial solutions.
• Develop and customize user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Write Apex code to handle custom business logic and database operations efficiently.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce development.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex programming for complex logic.
• Experience building scalable applications with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Advanced analytical and debugging skills to resolve complex technical issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
