Description

Act as the technical authority for Salesforce projects and lead the strategic direction of the in-house OpsBridge DevOps platform.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed code reviews and provide technical direction to resolve P1/P2 incidents.
• Oversee the development and enhancement of the OpsBridge DevOps platform to align with Salesforce best practices.
• Perform expert-level solution reviews and provide recommendations for improved efficiency.
• Mentor junior developers and engineers to maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure technical specifications and deliverables are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technology projects with a proven track record in a Salesforce Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Architecture.
• Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce.
• Experience with Lightning Components.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps tools and practices.
• Experience performing code reviews and managing incidents within a Salesforce context.

• Any Graduate degree.
