Description

Lead Salesforce technical implementations and architectural design for scalable legal operations solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations and provide architectural guidance on data modeling and integrations.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages.
• Customize Litify objects, workflows, and automation for legal operations and case management.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards through code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• At least 1 year of Litify experience, including Litify ELM configuration.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Git.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II or Application Architect certifications.
• Experience developing managed packages via the ISV Partner Program.
• Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM and TDD methodologies.
