Description

You will lead Salesforce technical implementations, focusing on scalable solution design and Litify customizations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations and provide architectural guidance on data modeling, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Develop and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages.
• Implement Litify-based solutions, customizing objects, workflows, and automation for legal operations.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce CI/CD pipelines, and manage deployments using DevOps tools.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• At least 1 year of Litify experience, including configuring Litify ELM.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
• Proficiency in client-side development including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or experience with Angular/Knockout).
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Git.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
