Lead Salesforce technical implementations, customizations, and integrations to deliver scalable solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure, scalable Salesforce solutions, including Litify customizations.
• Develop and enhance Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
• Optimize SOQL queries, data models, and platform performance while conducting code reviews.
• Enforce best practices and performance standards for Salesforce technical implementations.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 1+ years of specific Litify experience.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Git).
• Understanding of the Salesforce platform's application within the Legal Industry.
