Description

You will lead technical architecture, detailed design, and development on the Salesforce platform as a hands-on Subject Matter Expert.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and architect large-scale Salesforce solutions from inception through production.
• Define technological architecture and roadmaps using Salesforce products and best practices for performance and security.
• Coach and mentor junior developers while conducting code reviews to ensure maintainability and security.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify process models and solution architectures.
• Lead technical integration efforts for provincial digital solutions and contribute to architectural project plans.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Apex, triggers, and Lightning Components.
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce integration, specifically REST.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow.
• Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with the Salesforce platform architecture and security best practices.
• Salesforce Developer I certification.
