Description

Own the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including architecture, development, and integration strategy.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable solutions using Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud to support Patient 360, Care Plans, and Clinical Encounters.
• Develop core functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Integration Frameworks.
• Design and implement integrations with EHR/EMR, Clinical Systems, ERP, and third-party healthcare applications via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Define technical architecture, security models, and deployment pipelines, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and GxP regulations.
• Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and lead estimation, technical planning, and release management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with the Salesforce Platform, specifically Health Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Apex (including Triggers and Batch Apex) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs with external systems.
• Deep understanding of healthcare data models, including Patient Management, Provider Management, and Clinical Programs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, Architects, and Product Owners to refine requirements.
• Proven track record in technical planning, DevOps activities, and supporting SIT/UAT phases.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional or Platform Developer I/II certification.
• Experience with Patient Support Programs, Commercial Pharma Operations, or Medical Affairs platforms.
• Salesforce Integration Architect certification.
