Description

You will lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions while mentoring developers and ensuring scalability and security.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and architecture diagrams.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and web services.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of all Salesforce applications and conduct code reviews.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security models.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and web services.
• Mandatory experience in the financial industry.
• Mandatory knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Proficiency with Omni Studio, Scheduler, Einstein Activity Capture, and Experience Sites.
• Experience managing managed package solutions and complex security configurations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within an agile development environment.
