Description

You will act as the onsite technical lead for Salesforce projects, defining, designing, and delivering solutions while partnering with client teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture and technical design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
• Conduct technical workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and code reviews across onsite and offshore teams.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Flows, and Process Builder.
• Manage DevOps and CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with platform engineering and deployment teams.
• Lead troubleshooting for complex production issues and ensure adherence to security and performance standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Deep technical expertise in Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams in onsite-offshore models.
• Hands-on experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, and multi-environment strategy.
• Strong grasp of Salesforce security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture patterns.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration concepts.
