Description

Lead the optimization and sustainment of the Salesforce ecosystem to support secure, bidirectional information sharing across the customer base.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Refine and maintain the Salesforce roadmap in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Optimize Service Cloud configurations for scalable case management and role-based access.
• Enhance Marketing Cloud capabilities for campaign automation and engagement tracking.
• Improve Experience Cloud sites for public-facing forms and ticket routing.
• Implement role-based access controls and build declarative automation using Flows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Hands-on expertise with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Connect, Account Engagement, and Lightning App Builder.
• Strong proficiency in declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and secure, bidirectional data exchange using APIs and JSON.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model (OWD, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
• Ability to translate mission requirements into technical solutions and articulate trade-offs.
• Active Secret Clearance or above required.
• Bachelor’s degree required (4 years additional relevant experience may substitute).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jira, Tableau CRM, and Mulesoft.
