Description

You will act as the technical bridge between business requirements and automated data integration between Salesforce and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements regarding customer and material data needed for SAP automation.
• Build complex Salesforce Flows to capture required data and facilitate transmission to SAP.
• Collaborate with CPI and SAP teams to ensure accurate data delivery.
• Validate data integrity throughout the integration process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Case Management).
• Experience building complex Salesforce Flows.
• Ability to work on integration projects involving SAP and CPI.
• Fluency in Portuguese to coordinate with offshore teams in Portugal.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Manufacturing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Testing experience.
• Knowledge of Copado Robotics.
