Description

You will act as a technical bridge between business requirements and Salesforce implementation, owning the technical product backlog and prioritizing requirements for the development team.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Own the technical product backlog and prioritize requirements for the development team.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and deep-dive analysis into Salesforce functionality.
• Manage the technical lifecycle of Sales Cloud features and configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical analysis or product ownership.
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms.
• Proven expertise with the Salesforce Sales Cloud module.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical details to stakeholders.
• Experience working in a technical Product Owner capacity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the B2B Enterprise Telecom industry.
