Description

Own the technical product backlog and prioritize requirements for the Salesforce development team, acting as the technical bridge between business needs and implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Manage the technical lifecycle of Sales Cloud features and configurations.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and deep-dive analysis into Salesforce functionality.
• Prioritize the technical product backlog for the development team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical analysis or product ownership.
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms.
• Proven expertise with the Salesforce Sales Cloud module.
• Experience working in a technical Product Owner capacity.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical details to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the B2B Enterprise Telecom industry.
