Description

Lead the architectural design and technical execution of large-scale Salesforce transformation programs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture, including platform security, data access, integration patterns, and core object models.
• Manage technical solutions for large transformation programs involving more than 50 developers.
• Lead implementations across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Develop and support environment strategies for large organizations.
• Direct work across globally distributed and offshore teams using agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of programming experience with Salesforce.
• Certified Salesforce Application and/or System Architect.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, and LWR programming.
• Mandatory experience with Einstein Analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of Einstein AI features, including conversational and Gen AI.
• 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, and solution architecture.
• 7+ years of experience leading Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud implementations.
• 5+ years of experience developing environment strategies for large organizations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
