Responsibilities

• Design scalable data models to support business requirements.
• Architect integration frameworks and manage advanced ETL setups.
• Develop technical strategies for Sales and Service Cloud implementations.
• Build and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) and product demonstrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical architecture experience.
• Deep technical understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven experience with integration architecture and frameworks.
• Expertise in creating complex data models.
• Experience managing advanced ETL setups.
• Ability to build functional POCs and technical demos.
• Knowledge of CRM Analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Mfg Cloud or RLM.
• Understanding of SAP or ERP data models.
• Knowledge of Inventory Management.
