Description

You will serve as the strategic technology leader for large-scale Salesforce implementations across Experience Cloud, Enhanced CMS, and Commerce solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging Agentforce capabilities and Einstein AI.
• Build, deploy, and monitor AI agents using Agentforce Activator and pre-built skills for various roles.
• Implement agentic workflows for automation and decision-making, utilizing Prompt Builder and Prompt Store.
• Define development guidelines and test execution plans, guiding Scrum Masters and Technical Leads on dependencies.
• Guide technical teams and advise stakeholders on architecture and high-level solution design.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years as a Technical Architect with strong SOA and integration background.
• 3+ years architecting and designing systems on the Force.com platform.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and programming using Apex, Triggers, APIs, Visualforce, LWC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud implementations.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Agentic AI principles, and Salesforce AI adoption strategies.
• Proficiency with Git, VS Code, SFDX, and Jira/Confluence for Agile project management.
• Understanding of Object Oriented Concepts and MVC framework.
• Experience with end-to-end Salesforce implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Experience Cloud and Enhanced CMS.
