Description

You will design and deploy Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions for healthcare life sciences clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of Sales Cloud implementations, integrating third-party systems.
• Gather client requirements and provide technical guidance on Salesforce capabilities within the HLS domain.
• Support the sales cycle by creating demos, responding to RFPs, and offering technical expertise.
• Mentor junior team members on solution design and Salesforce best practices.
• Ensure all solutions comply with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, GxP, and FDA guidelines.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically within the Healthcare Life Sciences (HLS) industry.
• Strong proficiency in custom development using Apex and Lightning.
• Experience with integration tools, specifically REST and SOAP APIs.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, or equivalent certification.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality projects.

Preferred Skills

• In-depth knowledge of HLS-specific sales processes and compliance standards.
