Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions including Loyalty Cloud (Mandatory), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning Platform.
Manage end-to-end Salesforce solution lifecycle from design to deployment.
Design data models, system architecture, and integration strategies.
Lead development and implementation of complex integrations with other systems and third-party applications.
Required Skills and Qualification:
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL.
Expertise in Salesforce integration techniques (REST, SOAP).
Extensive experience in designing complex Salesforce solutions.
Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems using tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.
Mandatory experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
Good to Have Skills:
Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce environments.
