Description

Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including Loyalty Cloud, Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, managing the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to define technical architectures aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Lead end-to-end solution design for data models, system architecture, and integration strategies.
• Implement complex integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
• Manage the complete Salesforce solution lifecycle, ensuring scalable and secure deployments.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or similar senior role.
• Mandatory hands-on expertise with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
• Deep understanding of integration patterns using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools like MuleSoft or Informatica.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Technical Architect or Application Architect.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Salesforce environments.
