Description

You will design and oversee the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations, translating business requirements into scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design sessions and manage the delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migrations.
• Establish coding standards and conduct code reviews to ensure quality design patterns.
• Provide technical governance and oversight for Salesforce projects.
• Debug complex issues and support pre-sales teams by presenting technical solutions to customers.

Required Skills

• 9-14 years of CRM experience with at least 6 years focused on the Salesforce platform.
• Expert knowledge of Sales, Service, Marketing, and Community Clouds.
• Deep understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and large data volume limitations.
• Experience with data sharing, visibility considerations, and platform security including TLS and SSL.
• Proficiency with data integration tools, ETL, CPQ, and marketing automation.
• Strong grasp of environment management, release management, and code versioning.
• Ability to define system architecture landscapes and bridge gaps between current and desired end-states.
• Background in large web-based system design or the full software product lifecycle.
• Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to obtain them upon hire.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Manufacturing and Consumer Goods clouds.
